Intelligent governance, smarter cities –
Central Government’s role in facilitating collaboration between cities
How can central government help facilitate enhanced communication and best-practice sharing between UK cities in the smart cities sphere?
Is there a role for central government is acting as a convenor and encouraging collaboration in this space. What should that look like?
Is there a need for the central Government to promote universal standards? How does that work in practice?
How can smart cities best be championed by the Government?
Is there a need for an additional body to be the voice of/organisation for the sector, such as a trade body or dedicated unit in Govt. If so, what should this look like?
