09 Jan Publishing the paper entitled ‘Beyond Data-Driven Smart City-Regions? Rethinking Stakeholder-Helixes Strategies’ in Regions Magazine

Dr Calzada from the Urban Transformations programme at the University of Oxford in collaboration with Dr Cowie from the Future Cities Catapult, has published the article on rethinking stakeholder-helixes strategies’ in Regions magazine. In this paper, they question the so-called Triple and Quadruple Helix approach towards a new assemblage of agency and structure called Penta Helix.
